We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Utena! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers in a timely and friendly manner. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed while preparing and serving food items
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong knowledge of different coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Flexible schedule, including availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Location:
This position is based in Utena, so candidates who reside in or near this city are preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
