Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative duties. You will also be expected to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail are also essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks is highly desirable.
In this position, you will work closely with our team to ensure efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and responding to emails and phone calls. You must be able to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure.
