Architecture Manager


We are a leading architectural firm based in Karachi, seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from concept to completion. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the architectural process.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stages of architectural projects, from initial concept to final delivery
- Lead and manage a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure successful project execution
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Review project plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Foster a positive team dynamic by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations that may impact project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the architecture industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Requirements:
- Professional certification (e.g. RA)
- Experience working on commercial and residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan. However, we are open to considering remote work options for highly qualified candidates.
