Entry-Level Industrial Engineer

As an Entry-Level Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and monitor the results. You will also be involved in project management, data analysis, and documentation. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with production team to implement changes
- Monitor results of process changes and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct time studies to determine optimal production rates
- Create documentation of process improvements and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (open to candidates from all nationalities)
