Computer Support Specialist

A rapidly growing IT company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and software. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
- Biometric passport required for international travel
