Computer Support Specialist

We are a dynamic IT company located in Izhevsk, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a contract position that requires experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and network connectivity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Izhevsk

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
