Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant in Al Ahmadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the restaurant
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the chef to create menus that meet customers' needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. Point of Sale)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English
- Indian nationality preferred
