Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. You will be based in Isa Town, working with clients locally and potentially internationally. This position is suitable for men who have experience in sales and are passionate about driving results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions
- Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (Arabic would be an advantage)
- Residing in Isa Town or willing to relocate

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month without accommodation. Benefits such as commission, bonuses, and health insurance may also be provided depending on performance.
