As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your duties will include assessing the site for optimal placement of solar panels, installing panels and associated equipment such as inverters and wiring, and ensuring all components are properly connected and functioning. You may also be required to troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of solar energy principles and be familiar with industry-standard equipment. You must also possess excellent technical skills to effectively install and maintain solar systems. Additionally, attention to detail is crucial in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of each installation.

This position requires physical stamina as it involves working on rooftops and carrying heavy equipment. You must also have good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients. Prior experience in solar installation is preferred but not required as we are open to training candidates who are motivated to learn.
