Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the company by managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents as needed
- Maintain and update company records, including employee information, contracts, and financial documents
- Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Order office supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in Urdu/Hindi; basic knowledge of English is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work full-time hours
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Abu Dhabi
