Entry-Level Merchandiser



We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Acre. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retail stores and ensuring that they are displayed in an attractive and organized manner. Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in Acre to check product availability, display, and pricing
- Promote new products and ensure that they are displayed prominently
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to the sales team
- Create appealing product displays according to company guidelines
- Take inventory of products on display and report on sales performance
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and promotions
- Conduct market research on competitor's products, prices, and promotions

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
- Fluent in basic English for communication with team members
- Physically fit as the job requires lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work under pressure in urgent situations
- Accommodation provided if needed
