Job Title: Office Assistant for Contract Position in Khanpur
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Khanpur on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records
- Order office supplies as needed
- Help with organizing meetings and events
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work on a contractual basis in Khanpur
