As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties in Fonvieille. Your main duties will include working with a team to mount panels, connect wiring, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and carrying heavy equipment.

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs or ground-mounted systems according to design plans
- Connect panels to electrical systems using proper wiring techniques
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues with the system during installation
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and safely stored after installation is complete
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on roofs or using ladders
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
