Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our company in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and record keeping.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to improve overall company operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Train and supervise administrative staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Handle employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
- Prepare reports on company performance for senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Familiarity with financial management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
