Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and functional design solutions. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Indian nationality preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Part-time availability for students looking for work experience is welcome.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
- Manage a team of architects to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within budget and on schedule.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Review construction plans and drawings for accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, etc. for each project phase.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, building codes, etc.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month based on qualifications and experience. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
