Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Utena. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are completed within budget and timeline. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecture, project management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of projects from concept to completion
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, budget, and timeline
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and materials
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Experience in project management including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
