We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including staffing, customer service, and financial management. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have an exceptional dining experience and that our business is profitable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Oversee food quality and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, cost control, and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-natives.
