Office Manager
We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Siauliai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have previous experience managing an office. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Assist with budget management
- Handle employee inquiries and issues
- Keep track of office expenses and handle invoices
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Biometric passport for international travel (Indian nationality preferred)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with accommodation provided.
Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, a beautiful city located in northern Lithuania.
