Our company in Porto is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing leaks, and replacing fixtures
- Conduct electrical repairs such as replacing outlets, light switches, and light fixtures
- Perform carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and furniture
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting walls and repairing drywall
- Troubleshoot and repair various household appliances
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Own tools are preferred but not required

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: This position is based in Porto. Candidates with their own visa are preferred.
