Architectural Technologist

Our growing architectural firm in Faisalabad is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. We specialize in commercial and residential projects and are looking for someone with a strong background in both areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client needs and adhere to building codes
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings
- Research building materials and products for use in projects
- Communicate project progress and updates to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 3 years experience working on commercial and residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
