Salary: $1300/month


We are currently seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Moscow. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on both residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on roofs and other structures according to company guidelines and safety protocols
- Ensure proper placement and secure installation of panels using specialized tools
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems and perform necessary wiring
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot any issues with installed systems
- Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including materials used and hours worked
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a related field
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Must have valid work visa for Russia or be eligible for sponsorship by the company
