Milling Machine Operator



We are a leading manufacturing company located in Osijek and we are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform drilling, boring, cutting, and other tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to determine the machining operations needed
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality production
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making any necessary adjustments
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make repairs as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine tools and their functions
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work within tight tolerances

-Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
