Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons to ensure timely and high-quality completion of construction projects. This position is based in Chelyabinsk and is open to Egyptian nationals with prior experience in masonry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of masons, providing guidance and instructions as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor progress and productivity of the team, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential safety hazards or quality issues
- Keep track of materials, equipment, and tools needed for each project and coordinate with suppliers as necessary
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Communicate with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Physical stamina for working in various weather conditions and lifting heavy materials
- Egyptian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1800$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
