Office Assistant
Our company in Al Buraymi is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Arabic language
- Availability to start immediately
