Junior Construction Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Khanpur. As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work closely with senior management to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. Candidates who currently reside in Khanpur or have their own visa are preferred.

Note: This position is open for fresh graduates or students looking for practical experience in the construction industry. Training will be provided by senior management.
