Technical Support Specialist
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Provide step-by-step instructions and advice to customers on how to resolve their technical problems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior support staff
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our system
- Install and configure new hardware and software for clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Must be a Pakistani national living in Los Angeles with valid work authorization
- Fluent in Urdu or Hindi language for communication with non-English speaking customers
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or help desk role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
