We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design projects and managing a team of architects. This is an urgent position with a competitive salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Oversee the design process from concept to construction drawings
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following approved plans
- Mentor and train junior architects on technical skills and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, preferably in a managerial role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
