Computer Support Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faisalabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients regarding computer hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and resolving various computer-related problems, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or related role
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer service oriented with a patient and friendly demeanor
