Accountant



We are hiring an experienced Accountant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements
- Review and reconcile bank statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow and make recommendations for improving financial efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Calculate taxes owed and ensure timely payment to government agencies
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
- Identify areas for cost reduction or revenue generation
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software programs (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Knowledge of Russian tax laws and regulations is preferred
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position with the possibility of part-time hours. Our company offers accommodation for employees if needed. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Russian nationals.
