Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative tasks and processes within our company in Faro. Your main duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies, responding to inquiries, and supporting other team members as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is also essential. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with various departments within our company, so effective communication and teamwork skills are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records of important documents and files
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Respond to inquiries from clients or colleagues in a timely manner
- Assist with onboarding new employees by providing necessary information and materials
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Own visa is preferred
