Facade Technician


We are a leading construction company in the city of Eschen, seeking an experienced and skilled Facade Technician to join our team. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior facades including cladding, curtain walls, and other decorative elements
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs to ensure the integrity of the facades
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with existing facades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while working at heights or using heavy equipment
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for installation and repairs
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations related to facade work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good physical stamina to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
