We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for each project
- Review and approve designs, blueprints, and other project documents
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Participate in site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Indian national with no English proficiency requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Previous experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
