A prestigious architectural firm in Shan is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures, ensuring that they maintain their historical integrity while also meeting modern safety and functionality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, including recommendations for necessary repairs and renovations
- Oversee the restoration process, working closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure that all work is done according to preservation guidelines
- Research historical documentation and materials to inform restoration decisions
- Collaborate with local historical societies and government agencies to obtain necessary permits for restoration projects
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and provide regular updates to clients or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with a focus on historic preservation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of historical architecture styles, building materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Salary: $900 per month
City: Shan (or remote work options available)
