We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, ensuring their work meets quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Review project designs for quality assurance
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions for projects
