Office Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Funchal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your duties may include answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month and does not require previous experience. This role is suitable for students as it offers flexible working hours.
