Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our restaurant in the beautiful city of Svalbard. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Ensure prompt delivery of orders to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks to customers
- Answer any questions about menu items or specials
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments and handle cash accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Attention to detail for accurately taking orders
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with tips. Accommodation is provided for employees. We also provide visa sponsorship for non-Svalbard residents.
