A reputable roofing company in Svalbard is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of roofs for residential and commercial properties in the city.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing roofs
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues with roof structures
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines
- Keep track of materials and equipment used for each project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Roofer
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in Svalbard. However, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
