We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Moderator to join our team in Svalbard. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing discussions, comments, and interactions on our online platforms. Your main objective will be to maintain a positive and engaging environment for our community members while enforcing our community guidelines.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions on our online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and respond to any violations
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for community members
- Address any issues or concerns raised by community members
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with community management tools is a plus
- Fluent English proficiency is required
