Restaurant Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Acre, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract new customers
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a restaurant manager
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
