Office Manager
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Alta. This includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for staff
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, order new supplies as needed
- Keep track of expenses and prepare reports for upper management
- Oversee the work of administrative staff, including receptionists and assistants
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as needed
- Assist with HR duties such as onboarding new employees, managing vacation requests, etc.
- Ensure office policies are being followed by all staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
