Courier Supervisor


As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a courier company in Ar Rumaythiyah. Your main duties will include managing a team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages, and maintaining communication with clients and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of couriers.
- Assign tasks and routes to couriers based on their skills and availability.
- Monitor the performance of couriers and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of packages by monitoring routes, weather conditions, and traffic.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Train new couriers on company policies, procedures, safety measures, and customer service standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a courier or in a similar supervisory role in the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using technology such as GPS devices, delivery tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be physically fit to handle packages up to 50lbs.
