Facade Technician

The Facade Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings, including windows, doors, and other structural elements. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of materials such as glass, metal, and stone. They will also have knowledge of different techniques for cleaning, sealing, and protecting facades.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any damage or potential issues
- Repair and maintain facades using appropriate tools and materials
- Install new facade components as needed
- Clean and restore facades to improve their appearance
- Apply protective coatings to prevent weathering and other damage
- Collaborate with architects and contractors on facade design and construction projects
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations when working at heights or with heavy materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a facade technician or in a related field
- Knowledge of different facade materials, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and understand building plans
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Excellent physical strength and stamina for working at heights or carrying heavy materials
- Attention to detail to ensure precise repair work is completed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
