Architecture Manager


We are in search of an experienced and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to lead our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, as well as proven experience managing projects and teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Provide regular progress reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work within tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.

Location: This position is located in the beautiful city of Braga.
