Senior Architect



We are hiring a talented Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and requirements
- Create detailed design plans, sketches, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to evaluate conditions and progress of construction projects
- Supervise junior architects and other team members during project development
- Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
