Entry Level Computer Support Specialist

As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues with their computer systems. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Set up new user accounts and assist with password resets
- Maintain accurate records of reported issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in computer science or related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of computer systems, including hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changes
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Fonvieille (open to candidates from any nationality)
Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
