Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include brewing espresso-based drinks, preparing tea and other hot beverages, and creating delicious specialty drinks according to customer preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate inventory of supplies. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a successful candidate, you must have a passion for coffee and previous experience working as a barista is preferred but not required. You should possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to multitask efficiently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus.

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment, based on performance. The salary for this position starts at 1100$, with opportunities for tips. The working hours are flexible but may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
