Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations in La-Condamine. They will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold standards
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Create schedules and manage labor costs efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with ease
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in upscale or fine dining restaurants
Salary: 1200$ per month
Contract job with accommodation provided
