Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Sheduva. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee or Filipino with strong English language skills and the ability to work part-time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone without experience in the restaurant industry, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, finances, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train staff members, including hiring and scheduling
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profits
- Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and report financial data
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to feedback and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work part-time hours as needed (approximately 30 hours per week)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
- Customer service oriented with a focus on providing exceptional dining experiences
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Sheduva
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
