Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Muharraq. You will be expected to have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. You will also need to have experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency
- Create and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage project teams including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any concerns or delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Experience managing budgets and timelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
