Foundry Technician

As a Foundry Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used in the production of metal castings. This includes setting up and operating furnaces, pouring molten metal into molds, and monitoring the casting process to ensure quality standards are met. You will also be responsible for inspecting finished castings for defects and making any necessary repairs.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of foundry processes and equipment, as well as experience working with different types of metals. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be required to follow precise instructions and maintain accurate records. Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure are also important qualities for success in this position.
